I've had work done by Island Carpet twice now, most recently to install luxury vinyl plank in my place and I'm very happy with the result. The installation team was fast and did lovely work, and Chris was knowledgeable and patient, helping to smooth out a few of the wrinkles along the way. I would happily call them again.

I have dealt with End of the Roll in Ontario, and when it came to replacing the carpet in my Richmond condo with laminate, I thought I would return to the same chain. And, I am so glad that I did. From Sales Associate, Chris to the install team of Austin, Matt & Aidan, led by Kyle, I was absolutely delighted with the service and the stellar work. The day & a half install was streamlined with great attention given to detail. And, after Day #1, the install team ensured that I had the bed established again in the primary bedroom. Very caring attitude which was so very appreciated. I highly recommend this flooring chain and Kyle & his professional team!
